El servicio en recepción algo deficiente, pero no es malo, las habitaciones cómodas amplias, reservé por teléfono y me mandaron dirección y ubicación pero nunca me dijeron que la calle estaba cerrada por obra y que no había paso para vehículos, tuve que buscar como llegar de manera alterna, el estacionamiento fue en otro sitio, y lo cierran 10 PM por lo cual si quieres llegar más tardes no se puede entrar o salir
Bright, clean, spacious rooms with A/C, good wifi and secure parking right in downtown. We were told that there was hot water, but we couldn't find it! There is no restaurant here. Maybe there was/will be; there are some renovations going on. Staff were friendly but hard to find. 700 pesos for a couple and a king bed.
Wow, what a great hotel! Very clean and the staff are friendly. The room is large, we had a king size bed. The bathroom is a decent size. The wifi is strong. There is no air conditioning but they give you a fan. There is secure parking in the back. Easy walking distance to the square, shops and restaurants. Thr only drawback was the amount of noise, with the church bells and birds, but they cant help that. We paid $700 pesos.
Hotel muy recomendable, la atención al cliente es excelente por parte de la recepción muy atenta y servicial cuando le preguntábamos alguna recomendación de algunos lugares. Así como sus habitaciones, áreas comunes y estacionamiento muy limpios , si lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias por la estadía.

El hotel está céntrico, precio accesible con estacionamiento, WiFi asignado por cada piso. Las camas son muy cómodas, pero hay mucho ruido de los bares que están cerca. Agua caliente perfecto.
